Called the shop at 5:10.....they told me to show up by 5:30......showed up at 5:29....1 person in chair getting hair cut, two other stylists at counter taking in 2 other customers.....they told me I’m too late......what a bunch of BS

The guy who normally cut my hair retired and I was looking for a new place to take my business I had a coupon for a free first time client hair cut that was still valid so I was gonna see if sports clips was gonna be my new place I liked the atmosphere and all but they wouldn't honor the valid coupon so it seems Iike I will be taking my business elsewhere, thanks for nothing
